How Soon Will I Recieve My
XII Twelve Order?

Your items will ship within 5 business days of placing your order.  Our waist beads collections have different processing times due to the time it takes to create each collection.

Crystal Collection 3-5 day processing 

Traditional Tie On Collection 1-3 day processing​

Is Expedited Shipping Available?

Although we try our best to ship out all orders as soon as possible, our longest processing time is 5 business days. If you chose expedited shipping, all orders will still take their processing time of the collections you've purchased from in addition to the shipping option you chose will determine your item's arrival date.

How Will I Know My Order Has Been Placed?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include a link for you to track your order. Let us know when you've received your items, we would love to add you!

Returns

Due to hygiene, the nature of our waist beads, and custom sizing there are no returns or refunds available for waist beads.

In the event that you've been sent the wrong design or size waist bead due to the fault of XIITWELVE, a store credit will be rewarded for a replacement. Please be sure to read the item descriptions and follow the instructions for measuring/sizing to ensure your items are everything you wanted.

To be eligible for a refund for other items please contact us at xiitwelvewaistbeads@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your item(s). Item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging in order to receive a full refund. For items that are unused and returned in their original packaging after contacting us within the first 15 days of receiving your item(s), an automatic refund will be processed to the original card or method of payment for that purchase. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the shipping cost for the return will be deducted from your refund total. 

Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange of other items sold please contact us within the first 15 days of receiving your item(s). Item(s) must be unused and in its original packaging in order to exchange. Any attempted exchanges after 15 days of receiving your item(s) will make you ineligible for an exchange.

You will be responsible for any shipping fees for returning your item(s) unless it is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Any loss, damage, defective, or incorrect items will be replaced fully by the company.
